- All fixtures, flooring, wall covers were removed
- The floor has been floated
- Most of the piping has been installed
- Vanity frames have been installed
- A large portion of the sheetrock has been installed

- Installing remainder sheetrock
- Installing the remainder of the piping
- Installing all commodes and urinals
- Installing flooring
- Installing tile
- Installing vanities, faucets, mirrors, and paper product holders
