What was done
The 2nd phase of the drainage project involved the front of the Educational Wing. After the Administrative Education building gutter replacement in the spring, it was determined we needed additional drainage work.- Multiple catch basins with 10" pipes were installed
- Grading of the front of the Education Wing and in front of the chiller yard was done.
- Drainage swales were added
- Damaged sprinkler piping was replaced
- Damaged sprinkler heads were installed and positioned to enhance drainage
- Topsoil was added over gumbo/dirt/mud
- Sod was installed in the areas in front of the Educational Wing
- Irrigation system was tested to ensure proper watering and proper drainage
- Irrigation System was tested

This project is completed
We completed this project slightly ahead of our timeline. All the work needed to correct the drainage for the front of the Education Wing and the Chiller area has been done. All that remains is encouraging the new sod to grow in the late fall.
